Chiropractic is an effective and safe manual therapy that involves spinal adjustments which are designed to afford full range of motion to your joints. Soft tissue techniques are often also employed to address muscular imbalances that may be contributing to a loss of necessary range of motion. Once your body has achieved a full range of motion it allows your nervous system to respond appropriately to its’ environment, which means everything from easier overhead squats, to faster wound healing.

Dr. Adam Blair, DC

  • Honours BA in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University (2006)
  • Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College (2010)
  • Member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario

Dr. Blair has been providing Chiropractic care to the general population since 2009, and has been building his practice in Pickering, ON since October 2010.

As a minor hockey coach and a skilled player, he possesses an in-depth understanding of injury management, prevention and performance.

As a CrossFitter, he is familiar with the movements and the joint and tissue adaptations that can limit them.

Massage Therapy

The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of the soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissue and joints by manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or relieve pain.

Angela has worked with elite athletes, industrial athletes, and the weekend warriors since 2006.

A competitive athlete all her life so she can understand and relate to the mindset of an athlete.

Recently completed an Ironman Triathlon.

She started CrossFit in 2013 and understands the demands of the sport and how to help keep athletes in top form so they can continue to push barriers.

She is able to assess injuries and conditions, as well as help prevent injuries from occurring, provide immediate care, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries.

Ryan Browne, RMT

Ryan takes great pleasure in facilitating 
peoples ability to feel better in their body. He is also very driven to
 empower his clients in understanding what is going on anatomically; so 
that their self sustaining results perpetuate as they get to know and
 FEEL what’s happening physically and mentally. He comes from a personal training background, but then transitioned to physical rehab after a
 debilitating motorcycle accident. Getting hurt was both scary and
 initially depressing, but it was a blessing in disguise. It forced him
 to understand the human body on a whole other level. Without that 
event as a catalyst he doesn’t know if he would be able to help others get 
well and perform optimally in the ways he is capable of today. His
 treatments are dynamic and he works WITH his clients rather than simply 
performing techniques TO them. When working with Ryan, you can expect
real results, and a higher level of somatic awareness. He is a family
 man and there is nothing he loves more than spending time with his wife
 and daughter. He notices that when people are free from pain and 
physically well, they are able to be the best version of themselves and enjoy life maximally. This translates to the quality of time spent 
with those you love and your ability to be present with them.
Furthermore, a body that moves well is mimicked by others, especially
 children. Think about when you see someone sitting with perfect 
posture. If you take notice, you automatically cue yourself to do the 
same. Knowing this is what makes Ryan love and value his profession. This 
is because he is confident that the benefits of his work together goes
much further than just the time spent in the treatment room.


Physiotherapy is used to break down the obstacles to the body’s prime physical function. Physiotherapists apply extensive knowledge of how the body works with manual skills to assess, diagnose, and form treatment plans. It is a drug-free health care practice that uses a combination of manual techniques, exercise prescription, stretching programs, and patient education to aid in a patient’s recovery process. A fee of $30 will be applied to all missed therapy appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
