crab walk 2 lengths of gym
10 sit-ups (4x)
arm circles

Skills:
Shoulder Press (3×5)
Push Press (3×3)

Complete three rounds of:
10m Shuttle run (ten times)
10 Squats
5 Shoulder press
15 Box Jump-Overs
Rest 1 minute

Then…

Partner up to do maximum number of sit-ups in one minute.

Junkyard Dog, hip mobility

Skill:
Back Squat (6×5)

10 Jumping Pull-ups or Ring Row

100 Rope jumps
