We’re forging the Future of Fitness with our CrossFit Kids Program
With CrossFit Kids programs in thousands of gyms and schools worldwide, this methodology has been well received and extremely effective in changing societal health norms for future generations. Healthy habits are taught to children in a fun and welcoming environment and the habits stick with them for life.
This program is based on the principals of mechanics, consistency and intensity that positively effect a child’s physical literacy, sports performance and self-confidence. They get the opportunity to see just what they are capable of with some knowledgeable guidance from our coaches and a bit of dedication on their part.
CrossFit Activities for Kids Step Outside the Box
CrossFit Kids was designed with a BIG focus on fun! Kids will learn all kinds of cool new movements in the gym and how to use those movements in other areas of their life. It’s amazing how quickly kids dive right into their workouts and enthusiastically take on the CrossFit way of life.
Something for everyone
The program is scalable for any fitness level, just like our adult training program. Everyone is physically different by degree not by kind. The workouts are diverse to keep interest levels high and cover all the same fitness domains as our adult training program:
