Couch to CrossFit is the perfect way to get introduced to the real benefits of CrossFit in a stress-free environment.
Participants in Couch to CrossFit are encouraged to work at their own pace as they become familiar with the basic movements and concepts behind CrossFit.
What happens in each Couch to CrossFit class?
And it’s all fun.
Each Couch to CrossFit session features:
- Exceptional knowledge about the foundations of CrossFit
- Quality instruction from an enthusiastic training team
- Basic conditioning to get your body CrossFit-ready
- Movement concepts to assist with basic mobility
If that seems overwhelming, don’t worry. It’s absolutely not.
Remember, the Couch to CrossFit program can be tailored to anyone and everyone; regardless of experience or athletic ability.
One last thing: in each class, you’ll have lots of fun as you move around, get fit and break a sweat.

After we speed it up, we slow it down
Once the fun is done and the sweat is wiped away, we slow things down by introducing a weekly assignment, talk about safe CrossFit recovery and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
Yes, you read that correctly. Weekly assignments.
During the week leading up to your next Couch to CrossFit session, we provide some work you can do at the CrossFit Bolton gym (or home) to help make your next session even better.
These aren’t hardcore WODS or strenuous exercises. Rather, you’ll receive:
- Weekly tips you can use right away
- Actionable tasks to help improve mobility
- At home workouts you can easily do
All it takes is 20 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Then, when your next Couch to CrossFit class rolls around, you’ll be ready to rock it!
