Increase the load each set. Reset between reps, these are not touch and go. Beginners do sets of 3 reps focusing on technique.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double unders
75/55 pound Power Snatch, 15 reps

Scaling Options:
L3: 15 Double unders, Clean and Jerk 75/55
L2: 15 Double under attempts, Clean and Jerk 65/45
L1: 30 Singles, Clean and Jerk 55/35

Romanian Deadlift, 10-12 reps
