Work your way up to a heavy double with three second pause at bottom over the course of the four sets.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of:
135/95 pound Clean, 7 reps
L1: 65/35 (front squat)
Three rounds, not for time, of:
Single Leg Romanian Deadlift, 6-8 reps per leg
Or Reverse Hyper, 15-20 reps
