Relay Race – Duck walk, walking lunges, frog jumps, bear crawl. Then 15 push-ups, 15 wall squats, 15 wall angels.

Skill:
Push Press (5×5)

WOD:
Groups switch once their first WOD is completed.
Group 1 – 1000m row
Group 2- Four minutes of burpee box- jump-overs
