Saturday 150321 Kids

Warm up:
At one end of the gym, begin with 50 jumping jacks, inch worms across the gym, 20 mountain climbers, frog jumps across the gym, and PVC pipe good mornings.

Skill:
Deadlift (barbell or kettlebells depending on kid’s ability)

WOD:
Divide kids up into 2 groups, then have them switch in order to complete both workouts.
Complete the following.
Group 1-  1000m row
Group 2-  30 burpee box-jump-overs
