Warm up:
Run 800m.  Perform a variety of hip mobility exercises before practicing some air squats.

Skill:
Wall Ball Shots (use various weighted balls), Kettlebell swings

WOD:
Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Four stations 1 minute at each station with a 10 second transition time between stations:
1.  Ring rows
2.  Kettlebell swings
3.  Rope Jumps
4.  Goblet Squat

Game
