Dear members,

We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class so that you have some extra time to warm up and prepare for the session. We also don’t mind if you stay 10-15 minutes late to stretch or cool down after class (provided you are not in the way or interrupting the incoming class).

As a courtesy to the coaches and members attending the next class, we ask that you please respect the 10-15 minute window rule. The 10-15 minute window rule is always applicable whether or not consecutive classes are occurring.

If you’d like more flexibility we encourage you to consider purchasing the open gym add on to your membership.

Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Minute 1 – 15 Banded Push-ups
Minute 2 – Straddle Hollow Rock, 30 reps
Minute 3 – Lunge, 20 steps

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Back Squat, 1 rep

Build your way up to today’s heavy single. Let feel dictate the load.
