WEDNESDAY 150121 KIDS

Warm up:
Five minutes of rope jumps including double-under attempts. Then do 15 wall squats, and 15 walking lunges.

Skill:
Wall Ball Shots

WOD:
Each minute on the minute for 15 minutes (modified Chealsea). Any kids that did this last Wednesday will perform different movements in the same timed format.
