The 2015 CrossFit Games Open registration is live! This year, the competition will be more inclusive than ever, since there will be scaled versions of the workouts, and a new Teenage Division (for 14-17 year old athletes). If you are interested in participating, head over to the CrossFit Games website and register.

As in previous years, the Open will be a five-week competition with one new workout announced per week. Every week, the Open workout will be posted as the WOD on Friday and there will be an opportunity to make up (or re-do) on Sunday. Competitors will have until Monday to enter their score on the Games site.

The Open schedule will be as follows:
15.1 – February 27
15.2 – March 6
15.3 – March 13
15.4 – March 20
15.5 – March 27

The coaches will accommodate your schedule if the dates outlined above don’t work for your schedule. If you need to do the WOD on a day other than when it is posted, or you’d like to re-do it to improve your score, you’ll be able to do it with a coach during off hours for a $10 fee.
