10 burpees, 10 push-ups, 20 mountain climbers, 20 walking lunges, 1 minute sitting squat, lizard and other leg/hip stretches, then 15 slow wall squats
Front Squat (5×10)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
Rope Climb -1 ascent
Push Press – 10 reps using barbell or dumb bells
Jumping Lunges – 20 reps
Note: Kids unable to rope climb can do jumping pull-ups or ring rows.
