Wednesday 150506 Kids

Warm up:
Two rounds of 10 burpees, 20 jumping jacks, 20 sit-ups.  Arm circles and some other shoulder mobility exercises.

Skill:
Push Jerk (Use weight if form is perfect)

WOD:
Tabata!
Tabata, perform the exercise at maximal intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat this on-off pattern a total of eight times, making one complete Tabata round four minutes.

Tabata 1:  Burpees
Tabata 2:  Hollow Body Rocks
Tabata 3:  Goblet Squat
