Shuttle run, walking lunges, duck walk, 20 leg swings…then lizard stretch 30 seconds each leg, 20 mountain climbers, lizard stretch…then 20 slow squats.

Skill:
Back Squat (5×10)

10m Shuttle run (10 times)
20 Kettlebell swings
20 Push-ups
