10 Strict Pull-ups
L-sit, 45 seconds

Coach Alex’s Notes:
If this rep range is too easy, add a deficit to the handstand push-ups and substitute the strict pull-ups with strict chect-to-bar pull-ups.

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1 – 135/95 pound Push Press, 8 reps
Minute 2 – 10 Lunges (farmers carry), 24/16kg
Minute 3 – 12 Burpees
