Some of you couldn’t quite overcome the difficulty involved in changing your eating habits. We will never quit on you as coaches. Read the testimonials from those whose lives have changed for the better due to of the potency of CrossFit training combined with Paleo eating. Try the challenge again on your own or sign up again next time around. Next time I don’t want any excuses. Next time I’ll be expecting the spectacular results comparable to the winners listed below.
The winners of the CrossFit Bolton Paleo Diet Challenge are:
Adam Peterson - Read Testimonial
Todd Bryson – Read Testimonial
Rachel Enright – Read Testimonial
Adam lost 20 pounds, 12 inches in total and 4.5 inches off his waist alone. Burpees must be a lot easier without 20 pounds of body fat to carry along for the ride because his 50 burpee time improved by 43 seconds. His strength also improved and his before and after photos are amazing. The most impressive thing to me is the blood work improvements. Adam had high cholesterol and 6 weeks later it was back in the normal range. His diet log shows he ate eggs, steak, ground beef, bacon and sausage often but he didn’t eat any sugar, wheat, grains etc. Interesting huh? Read his testimonial.
Todd lost 23 pounds and 4 inches from his waist. He put 20 pounds on his deadlift and improved his burpee time by 17 seconds. His before and after photos are unbelievable!
Rachel lost 8.5 pounds and 3 inches in 6 weeks. She beat her 50 burpee time, shattered her 5k time by 5:32, she added 45 pounds to her deadlift, 35 pounds to her back squat and 25 pounds to her push press. Her blood pressure improved significantly. The package she prepared was the most organized thing I’ve ever seen complete with a legend, expense summary and more. Again, the blood work is the most impressive thing in this case. Rachel had low blood iron. She chose to ignore the doctor’s advice and trust my recommendations. Her second set of blood work, only 6 weeks later, shows her blood iron within the normal range.
I have to also mention Tyler Driscol, Sonia Giorgio and Jessica Botnik. They also had amazing results and could have won under different circumstances.
Adam will get two free months and Todd and Rachel will get one free month each. Awesome job everyone.
Congratulations to the winners!
