Kettlebell Arm Bar x 6 reps each arm
Strict Toes to Bar x 8-10 reps


Clean and Jerk



Rest 5 minutes.


Every minute on the minute, for 20 minutes, complete:

2 Back Squats at 85%


32/24kg Kettlebell Snatch, 4 reps

8 Burpees
