Chiropractic

Chiropractic is an effective and safe manual therapy that involves spinal adjustments which are designed to afford full range of motion to your joints.  Soft tissue techniques are often also employed to address muscular imbalances that may be contributing to a loss of necessary range of motion.  Once your body has achieved a full range of motion it allows your nervous system to respond appropriately to its’ environment, which means everything from easier overhead squats, to faster wound healing.

  • Member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (since 2005), Canadian Athletic Therapists Association, and Ontario Athletic Therapists Association

Experience

 

  • Angela has worked with elite athletes, industrial athletes, and the weekend warriors since 2006
  • A competitive athlete all her life so she can understand and relate to the mindset of an athlete
  • Recently completed an Ironman Triathlon
  • Started Crossfit in 2013, understands the demands of the sport and how to help keep athletes in top form so they can continue to push barriers.
  • Is able to assess injuries and conditions, as well as help prevent injuries from occurring, provide immediate care, and rehabilitate musculoskeletal injuries.
